• Previous care experience
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Able to support with personal care 
• Medication competent or willing to complete training
• Able to use digital care apps (training provided) 
• Good written and verbal communication 
• Right to work in the UK 
• Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check
• Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2/3
• Experience supporting dementia, LD, autism, or mental health

As a Support Worker, you will help individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity. Your key duties include:

• Assisting with washing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Supporting with mobility, toileting, and continence care
• Preparing meals and assisting with eating/drinking
• Carrying out light household tasks such as laundry, shopping, and cleaning
   

• Administering or prompting medication safely and accurately
• Keeping correct medication records (digital or MAR charts)
• Reporting concerns, refusals, or errors immediately
  Full medication training provided.
   

You must be confident using, or willing to be trained in, digital care record systems such as Birdie, CarePlanner, or similar.
Your responsibilities include:

• Logging visits and tasks in real time
• Recording observations, outcomes, and concerns
• Completing digital medication entries
• Reporting safeguarding or incidents through the system
   

• Offering companionship and emotional reassurance
• Supporting individuals to attend activities, appointments, and community events
• Encouraging independence and confidence
